There are many Oktoberfest-inspired events that take place across Japan, and the Kichijoji Beer and Walk is one of them. Taking place at the Coppice Kichijoji shopping complex, the event will include various German beers to try, a selection of authentic German foods that pair well with the beers on offer, and live performances of German folk songs.
There is no admission fee to enjoy the atmosphere of the event, but bring yen if you plan on making food or drink purchases.
Getting there
Coppice Kichijoji can be accessed in three minutes on foot from Kichijoji Station, which is served by the JR Chuo Line and the Keio Inokashira Line. The main event takes place at Greening Hiroba Plaza on the 3rd floor of Building A.
