Part of my regimen for a healthy lifestyle here (aside from food diet) is jogging and hiking at least 3 times a week; and one of the best places to carry out these exercises is on Ayumi Bridge.

Located towards the heart of Numazu City in Shizuoka Prefecture, the bridge was specially designed for joggers, hikers and even sight-seers with their cameras, since there are no cars or huge transportation allowed to cross the bridge.

The place also holds magnificent views over looking a river, several other bridges and a line of famous hotels and buildings in the area.
