Blossoms Along Philosopher's Path

Walk beside the canal through a sakura dream

Combine a romantic name like 'Philosopher's Path' with lots of cherry trees, and what do you have? One of Kyoto's loveliest attractions in spring. You can walk beside the canal through a sakura dream, thinking philosophical thoughts. When you get tired or hungry, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants along the way. There are also lots of craft stores where you can buy souvenirs for those unlucky friends that couldn't come with you!
