Taverna Pinoli is a popular Italian restaurant in Fukui City. It also has a sister restaurant, 'Chez Pinoli', which serves delicious French cuisine inside the city. In November 2014, a new wine bar 'Hamamachi Pinoli' was opened as the third Pinoli restaurant in the midst of an old drinking district called 'Hama-machi'. Unlike the other two Pinoli restaurants which are located in the suburbs and have to be accessed by car,  Hamamachi Pinoli is close to JR Fukui Station and convenient for drinkers. The bar is set in a renovated old Japanese house and the fusion of Japanese and western, old and modern creates a cool, stylish atmosphere. Since the prices are reasonable and staff is friendly, you can enjoy authentic Italian dishes here with good wine.
