Please read these Terms and Conditions before submitting entries to this campaign. All contestants, by submitting entries, are considered to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions. This contest is operated by Japan Travel K.K.

Entry dates

December 1st (Thursday), 2022 JST - February 28th (Tuesday), 2023 JST

After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Rules

The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

1. Submit photos both from the past and present that were taken in Shinagawa. These can be photos of fun, food, festivals, events, and more!
2. Post the photo on Instagram with the hashtag #ShinagaWonder in the caption.
3. Submit as many photos to the contest as you wish, but you may only win one prize.
4. Photos submitted may be shared on the photo contest page and for photo contest promotion, but otherwise will not be used for any other purposes.
5. If posting a photo with a clear face, please ensure you have consent.

This competition is running on Instagram and is open to anyone aged 18 years or over. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.

Eligibility

1. Contestants must use a public and active Instagram account to participate in this contest.
2. Accounts made private during the contest entry period are not eligible to win.

Prohibited Content

Prohibited content includes the following:

• Content that could be considered offensive, including but not limited to sexually explicit, nude, obscene, violent, or other objectionable content
• Content that is taken outside Shinagawa Ward (Google map)
• Content that might cause a conflict of rights or slander a particular person, company, character or celebrity
• Any other content that we consider to be inappropriate

Prize Communication

Prizes include the following:

• Pair of Tickets for Yakata Cruise (1)
• 1 night stay at Petals Tokyo for 2 (1)
• Pair of Tickets to Shinagawa Aquarium (1)
• T.Y. HARBOR Restaurant Voucher for 2 (1)
• T.Y. HARBOR Beer Set (1)
• Cinnamoroll Merchandise (multiple)

Communication and Personal Information

Any personal information you provide to us will only be used for confirming details about the photo or sending the prize.

Not all candidates will receive communication. Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message.

Prizes will be sent to the winner’s requested address.

Prizes are not transferable and subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value.

How winners will be chosen:

Winners will be chosen by a qualified panel of judges with experience in photography. These judges will look at all submitted photos and choose what they feel are the highest for this contest.

Disclaimer

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Japanese law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Japanese data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other Social Network.

The promoters also reserve the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of their control.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
